What Members Thought
I feel a little mixed about this novel and I certainly thought I would like it more than I did. Definitely the influential aspects of this novel are irrefutable and unquestionable, from the alien invasion scenario and its commentary. We see aspects of this novel produced to this day in films and books. I think for me it was a case of the actual premise of the novel being more interesting and fascinating than the novel itself.
