Call me judgmental, but I thought Holden needed to get over himself after a good spanking. I was old before my time, so I found a teenager with such predictable angst over-the-top, pretentious, and dare I say it, phony. Just did not like him at all. I would yell at him to "get off my lawn" if he were catching people in my rye. ...more
