Miss Pettigrew is a middle-aged English spinster with little self-confidence trying to find a job as a governess. She's just about to give up when she's mistakenly ysent for an interview to Delysia LaFosse, a beautiful dancer with a zest for life, a kind heart, and a dearth of morals. Delysia takes Miss Pettigrew under her wing when she finds that Miss P can solve just about any problem D has, and she has quit
