Omg...I couldn't wait to finish this lol. This book was not for me at all. If I had read this at age 8 I would've probably liked it. However, at 30 I'm just like get on with it! I get that there are some interesting themes here and blah blah but I just was not into it at all. Them repeatedly saying that Charles Wallace was "special" just pissed me off honestly. The father pissed me off as well.

Read up to p. 100, skimmed the rest.

This was the first time reading this as an adult and I remember loving this book when i was a kid. It's good but the magic of the story doesn't hold up as well when you're older.
