This didn't work for me. I'm just not literary-ish enough to appreciate it, I guess. I found it boring and I couldn't wait for it to be over. The writing was good, as advertised, but I found it hard to follow at times and I was often confused over who was being talked about.

An exquisite masterpiece! This book needs to be read slowly, like sipping wine.
During the course of a single day in June in the mid 1920s, Virginia Woolf makes wonderful verbal panorama shots of the streets of London. And then zooms in to give us a closeup of this character and then that character, taking us right into their heads and showing us what they are thinking.
