This is still a 3 star read for me, and I also still didn’t enjoy the Kensington Park story added in the end. I would have preferred this volume to just include Peter Pan actually. Much like the last time I didn’t fall in love with the writing, but I enjoyed it and appreciated it.

I must admit the writing style of J.M. Barrie didn’t quite suit me although it is a nice story. This book was divided into two parts and I feel like the Kensington Park part didn’t really belong

Actually less racist and sexist then I was expecting. I didn't really like it, but it's meant to appeal to little boys, so that isn't really surprising. The final chapter is seriously depressing. And I don't care what Barrie thinks, dogs do have souls. ...more

Maybe this is one of those you should have read to you as a child. I was disappointed in that it was just...BORING.
