I have generally enjoyed this series. However, I cannot see any point to the ongoing stories at the beginnings of each chapter and have discontinued reading these.
I was not crazy about the hero at all; I think some of the writing was a bit stilted, and other parts went on too long. How the hero could have come to the conclusion he did in his search for a wife was ludicrous, given the air-headed young lady in his sights.

This was okay. Maybe 2.5 stars. Good premise for the hero and heroine. The batman angle was fun.
I'm not much of a review writer, just have to say I love it.
