Yes, I devour books. Especially on rainy days when I spend half the day listening to high school jazz bands. They're good, don't let me steer you wrong, but they also make nice background music...
I liked this book better than the last one - it was more lively, and I love Tabitha. Any woman with a sense of humor who won't take any crap is a winner in my book. And Valerius...well, he's yummy. In many ways he's more tortured than Zarek. Good story.

I really liked this book. I love how opposites attract!!!! Val and Tabby were great. And when she made him Italian food....I thought I would fall out of my chair!
Valerius Magnus is used to being alone. One of the few Romans in a sea of Greek Dark-Hunters, he keeps to himself and his elegant ways, hunting Daimons alone and doing all that he can to avoid Kyrian.
Empath Tabitha is more than a little eccentric, maintaining an adult shop by day and hunting Daimons by night. Usually she does well - until one night when she inadvertently stabs a Dark-Hunter instead of a Daimon.
