I am officially addicted to this series! I have just started the fourth book, The Darkest Whisper, and I just can’t stop reading them. If you haven’t read book #1 yet, there might be minor spoilers in the following review =)
The Darkest Kiss is Lucien’s, Keeper of Death, book and it was great to see the leader of The Lords getting his happily ever after.

Here goes....so the majority of the book was very "cat and mouse"---often annoying. (there, I said it..)
I'm all for a female "anti-hero" but Anya was really grating on my nerves until the last 1/4 of the book. Then she started, IMO, to really let Lucien see the real her. Which I'm sure was the intention of G.S.
I loved how Lucien got turned on by her fighting style and the fact that she had an "issue" with stealing.
I also loved how Anya berated herself for staring at her own feet. LOL ...more
