Full review on my Blog!

I loved ‘The Mortal Instrument’ series. It is definitely in my top 5 favorite YA series. The first three books were full of awesomeness. I was ecstatic when I heard there would be a fourth book, even though I think City of Glass was the perfect ending for the trilogy.

I read City of Fallen Angels in just a few days time. Although I was trying to read slowly so I could savor it, I still managed to fly through the book. I just had to know what was going on, and what would ha

3.5 stars

The 1st half of the book was a bit boring, and a little too "high-schooly" for my taste. But half way through, it stepped up and became a sick and twisted addition to the MI series! Jace, as always, is very noteworthy!

Okay, brace yourself because this is going to be a long review...

I am a huge, and I mean HUGE Cassandra Clare fan and love every single thing about The Mortal Instruments. You can only imagine my excitement when City of Fallen Angels was finally released. We first follow Simon, who not only is a vampire that can walk in the daylight, but also can't be harmed by anyone. He finds himself dating two different girls and being pursued by other vampires and downworlders alike. But all he wan

I love how all of the covers in this series have the same look and feel. It always bothers me if a series doesn’t go together.

I started this book last year when it first came out, but I just couldn’t get into it. Back to the library it went. When I was at the library a couple weeks ago, it caught my eye again. I enjoyed it much more this time and it was a pleasant break from reading school books (if you can’t tell from my previous reviews--womp womp).

I really grew to love Simon in this one. I f
