At first, the telling of the story from 4 different points-of-view irritated me. I thought the first book with 2 povs was enough. But, now that I've finished the story, I'm glad Maggie Stiefvater did choose to write from the perspective of four different characters. It was good to get to know each of the characters so intimately. I liked Isabel in the previous book and getting to hear the story from her made me like her all that much more. Slow. I felt like nothing really happened in this book. It dragged a lot and started to bore me. It seemed like for the whole book that it was just a matter of time before Grace turned into a wolf. Sadly, that didn't happen until the last few pages. After I was done, I wondered why I wasted the time mucking through this book.
