Wow, I forgot SO much about this book! I really enjoyed reading it again.

(2010)
I liked this book just as much as I liked The Mortal Instruments series by Mrs. Clare. I can't wait to see where she goes with this series, and I'm anxiously looking forward to the next book.
And I'm definitely Team Will! Oh, he is SO much like Jace. :)

I decided to re-read this book because I thought there was a movie coming out soon. Little did I know then that the movie isn't going to be out for some time. So the hype right now is the City of Bones. Guess I'll be reading that soon.
In 2011, I read this book on CD. I was able to remember a fair amount but I was surprised as to how much I had actually forgotten. I really needed this refresher, especially if I am going to continue on in the Infernal Devices series, which I intend to do.

You will love this series if you loved the first

Tessa arrives in London to meet her brother to live with him after her Aunt past away. She's all alone without her brother...She is picked up at the dock by these 2 women who she thought her brother sent for her. She finds herself imprisioned, and learns about a whole other world that exists with her own. She meets Will, who I find is a lot like Jace, who is also a shadowhunter, and goes an quite an adventure.

This book is definately a good read. I

I loved this book. I loved reading about the characters and the places. This book was INCREDIBLE. I cannot wait to read the rest of the series. It was a wonderful compliment to The Mortal Instruments Series.
