This is one of those books so filled with stuff that it's difficult to whittle it down to its core in order to write even a simple review- but I'll try....
I'll be honest. This was a book club pick that I was somewhat dreading reading. Having just come off a 500+ page book that I found to be torture to read, I was afraid this would be the same. Not even the least bit true! 500 pages, sure, but every word was needed; every word was welcome.
