Four Psychos is an original, imaginative Reverse Harem featuring one mysterious ghost girl and four Soul Reapers. It's creative, well-written, and addictive. I'm already craving the next book. However, it wasn't an easy read for me despite how much I loved certain aspects of it. I had a love/hate relationship with it and am still a bit unsettled.

For 5 years, Ghost-girl has been tied to a team of Soul Reapers. She has watched their every move; their reaping, their tv watching, their eating, their Four Psychos is an original, imaginative Reverse Harem featuring one mysterious ghost girl and four Soul Reapers. It's creative, well-written, and addictive. I'm already craving the next book. However, it wasn't an easy read for me despite how much I loved certain aspects of it. I had a love/hate relationship with it and am still a bit unsettled.

For 5 years, Ghost-girl has been tied to a team of Soul Reapers. She has watched their every move; their reaping, their tv watching, their eating, their sleeping, and their shared sexy times. She discovered that she needs to be near them at all times or she fades away. At first, she was a bit uncomfortable, but after 5 years she has developed quite a vivid fantasy of how she wants things to be when she becomes a real girl. That is her greatest wish, to be real. Her second wish is to be with the guys and her third wish is to enjoy some popcorn. Ghost-girl is fantastic. She's absolutely adorable. Her thought process is priceless, she's so funny. She is everything good about this book. Unfortunately, the guys she has fantasized about, has devoted herself to are everything that is wrong with the book. The four psychos, Jude, Gage, Kai, and Ezekiel deserve their nickname. They're awful, ungrateful brats, that definitely don't deserve Ghost-girl. Their constant suspicion and lack of any trust despite the fact that she keeps saving their unworthy asses is unacceptable. Their physical attraction to her and their actions when she is solid are too much. It's assault. But the worst is the intentional meanness. Each time Kai gave her a nasty look or Gage doubted her it was bad enough, but when Jude spoke it crossed a line. His deliberate cruelty took away any appeal he may have. Ezekiel was a bit better, but not enough. My heart broke for Ghost-girl each time her feelings were crushed. Honestly, I am interested to see if this opinion can be changed for me. Right now I would like for Ghost-girl to be able to jump to another more worthy team and let these guys fail on their own. And without her, they would definitely fail. I believe I would enjoy this tremendously if it didn't cause Ghost-girl to permanently fade.

Despite my intense dislike for the guys, I still loved this book. The action, twists and turns are fantastic. The world building, originality, and cast of characters are excellent. It's addictively entertaining and I must know how the trials turn out. I need answers to all of the mysteries. Most of all I need to know that one way or another Ghost-girl becomes a real girl and get her HEA. ...more

This book had me at the blurb. The first line...had me hooked! It’s my first read from this author. *Update* (This book is actually written by CM Owens, some of her books are on my to-read list!) This was a great book! This is the book that has you still thinking about it two days later. It gets better every time I read it. It always makes me laugh. It’s going to be on the top of my “it makes me laugh” book list. Which is difficult because I have high standards when it comes to that list. I love ...more

Blew my mind away! This was a great story. At first when you start to read it you are thinking what in the world is going on. Then the more you get into it the snark from the MC and her talking out loud. There were a couple of times I just started laughing out loud because she is just too funny. Grab this book, get comfortable because you will not be able to put it down until you are finished. It is that good.
