My response after finishing The Clockwork Angel: "What the, nooo!" Wow, I'm not really sure I have any words to say after finishing this wonderful book. The fact that I decided to read the this before The Mortal Instruments series might have made me confused in the beginning, but after reading the book, I began to feel as if this series is truly connected to its decessor. I'm not going to be biased and say that this series is better than Cassandra Clare's first series since I haven't read it yet

Michelle's Review:
I was just about to hunt down my post man when 'Clockwork Angel' finally landed on my doorstep. Expect a nice big healthy looking book to read. I found ,when reading until the wee hours of the morning , ( I had trouble putting it down) that these big books can smack you in the face when your hands give way when you suddenly go unconcious. Mind you the frightful way you wake up once it hits your face is enough to give you a few more hours of reading..lol!!!

I was a bit hesitant to read this one because I loved the Mortal Instruments series so much and I knew this one would be different. But once I got started, I couldn't put it down and I read the whole thing in two days. I liked it better than any of the Mortal Instruments books. The story felt richer and more put together and while some elements were predictable, it was still a great read. It will be a painful year waiting on the next installment.

I really enjoyed this book and can not wait to read the other books in the series. It did take me a couple of chapters to get into but once I got past the slow start I loved it. It isnt as good as the mortal instrument series, Im not sure if its the characters or the story but I would still recommend everyone who loved the mortal instrusment series to read it =D

utterly awesomeness. i hate the cliffhanger on will's past, though. but that just makes me want to read the next one :)

I absolutely loved this book, Tessa is by far (in my eyes) more likable than Clary, though I think my judgement is biased cause I love the decade the book was set in!!! It was just amazing and so indescribable I could not put it down! But I'm still a Jace girl ;P
