Nearly 75% of college students cheat during their undergraduate careers, usually attributed to the laziness of today's students or their lack of a moral compass. In Cheating Lessons, Lang's research shows that students often cheat because their learning environments give them ample incentives to try and that strategies which make cheating less worthwhile also improve student learning. Members of this learning community will develop a set of recommendations for how faculty can discourage student cheating.
