This is a door stopper of a book, and I’m glad I had no idea of that when I ordered it from the library. I might have deemed it too much work.
It’s *engrossing*. The start is ever so slightly slow (Kern, ew), but it picks up FAST.

GAH when mood reading works against me. This is a well written, fascinating book but I'm not in a 'plot-fight-plot-oh no!' mood right now. Glad to know I can come back to it when such a mood strikes because, wow. So well done.
