According to me its one of the best fantasy novel in this very decade and quite precisely it has a escalating popularity among teenagers.we may have read so many fantasy novels relating to vampire,werewolf,shadow hunters etc. but this is one kinda novel which everyone can read and whole lot of different.Here we have seen the horrific situation which turned everyone so much demonic malevolent treacherous without Katniss Everdeen,Rue but that situation made Peeta Mallark so much cunning and i thin According to me its one of the best fantasy novel in this very decade and quite precisely it has a escalating popularity among teenagers.we may have read so many fantasy novels relating to vampire,werewolf,shadow hunters etc. but this is one kinda novel which everyone can read and whole lot of different.Here we have seen the horrific situation which turned everyone so much demonic malevolent treacherous without Katniss Everdeen,Rue but that situation made Peeta Mallark so much cunning and i think its very much legitimate because he never experienced that kinda rough situation in his entire life which makes the story so much interesting because if any other person had been there like Gale or someone else then the novel would have been so much simple.One more thing i must appreciate that Peeta Mallark's crush on Katniss Everdeen from their school life and the time of confession of this makes this story whole lot of intriguing which was considered to be a trick from get-go because somehow its obvious that Katniss Everdeen has a suppressed mental attachment with Gale.this gives us an experience to have apprehending suspense,surprise,science fiction and star-crossed romance in each and every chapter of the book.i was so much obsessed and
mesmerized about this book that once i started the book i couldn't stop reading this until and unless i put an end to this book.its very much beautifully plotted that test Katniss Everdeen in every step from dedication or sacrifice for her family in outside the arena to risk her own life while she was startled by other tributes for his love Peeta Mallark when he was anguishing under a big stone being dysfunctional and nauseous,precisely about to die from starving and injury.From this very moment i think everybody came to know they have really fallen in love because before that everybody thought that was simply a trick to get advantage from each other.finally the stance they have made with poisonous berry turned Katniss Everdeen and her fellow tribute Peeta Mallark into star crossed lovers and helps them to win miraculously.there is one thing that i dint like is the way Rue was killed but that doesn't even matter to the story and i never expected to get a manly gratitude behavour from Thresh who left Katniss Everdeen untouched when Katniss herself thought she was about to die in the hands of Thresh.Another thing is there there i should mention about the people from district 11 that they send some food for Katniss Everdeen as a token of payback with a lot of respect and full of gratitude for her best effort to help Rue in the arena though they know Rue is dead.the whole aforementioned thing would be like an unaccomplished
if i don't mention the most admirable thing is that Katniss Everdeen is very much been through to the rough,nasty situations which is a hasty for her age when she was started after her beloved father was dead and her mother barely had any hope to live the life and has gotten into a solitary confinement full of dreary days which made her to go through the risky situation but at the jungle she got an friend who has also same condition with whom she can have some sort of empathy
and the person she can rely into.They are also the sole member to feed their family but all those rude reality intensive severe conditions never turned her into an
unhinged,jeopardize,vicious manslaughter,savagery one.
They really proved the line May The odds be in your favor because none had any idea about them who could stand a chance getting out of arena being VICTORIOUS when their abilities were considered to be the lousiest even they were reprimanded severely by trainers and diminutive too with respect to other fellow tributes and not impervious to them in that dreadful cataclysmic situations.they were very much austere in comparison to other presumptuous philistine tributes who were congregated together for a game of infest which is named as THE HUNGER GAMES.they really worked as a talisman to each other and won the game and that too happened for both the victor and got an ennoble rank in their country. ...more

I wasn't going to read this book but eventually I had heard so much about it that I decided to read it anyway. I fully expected not to like it as it really didn't sound like the sort of book that would appeal to me. Thankfully I was wrong, this book is addicting and I read it in about 2 days and surprisingly I really enjoyed it.

Still not sure if I'm going to rush out to buy the other books in the series but will probably read them at some point.

This book starts out very slow, but does pick up once the games begin. I really didnt care about any of these characters, and the best part of the story for me was the political aspects. I will check out the next book though because it has me intrigued enough to continue.

I literally fell in love with this book, i haven't read anything like this in a very long time, it got a little bet of everything, what i loved the most was Katniss Everdeen, and her way of handling everything during the book, all of the characters are lovable, it's a really amazing mind blowing book could'nt put it down! ...more
