A look at what it was like to be around (more than at) Chernobyl as the reactor melted down, and after, through the self-told stories of people who were there.
It's powerful in places, especially with echoes to our current pandemic and the Fukushima nuclear disaster. The stories get same-y in places and I wanted more variety in the voices after a while, and was glad to see that she speaks to people in positions of power, though I wanted a few more.
