Mommy liked a lot! Loved the plot surprises - the pace of the story is fast moving, and the book is action packed. If anything, maybe the book moved a little too fast because I wished I had a little more development of Carmel and Thomas - and even the jocks. I also didn't buy for a second that Cas moves to a new high school and instantly the most popular girl starts talking to him. I didn't go to an American high school, but I doubt that anything happens that fast or that easily.
