Very interesting over the first three chapters, meh for the second bit, and a middling finish. Looking back I could have stopped after chapter three and have been satisfied. There is some great information in here - learning how habits form has pushed me to try changing a couple of my own. Lately I've had a lot of trouble motivating myself to exercise, but if I put my pilates mat out the night before and bribe myself with a hot shower afterwards it's a bit easier.
