Well, this was certainly a quick read!

It was better than I was expecting too with something about it that was definitively "Neil Gaiman". Some happy mish mash of fantastical, cozy, slightly terrifying, magical imagery that combines to create new fairytales.

I would disagree both with the categorizing of it as "Magical Realism" and "Adult Fiction".

While I think it is a book for a variety of ages, it might be better categorized as merely "fiction". It's more of a distillation of forgotten childho ...more
