First off, fantastic book.

It starts, and seems as though it will be pretty predictable. A woman goes missing, her husband seems a likely suspect and can provide no alibi, even for readers, for where he was at the time, until his secret girlfriend is revealed. I'm always wary of books with as much hype attached to them as this, but Gone Girl truly is a very well-written mystery that keeps you turning the pages. I definitely recommend this one. ...more
