I didn't love this one. The first one was great the second was good and this one was okay. I felt when Raphael wanted to kill Elena I enjoyed their story so much more.
This book sort of felt like fluff to me. It was a whole lot of words leading up to some big stuff that never really happened. I wish that the author would put more obstacles in Raphael and Elena's way of being together because to be honest now that they are together.... I find them kind of boring.

Raphael's once crazy mom is up once again while a terrifying rage takes over the vampires of NY. When Raphael shows the signs of the same anger, things get deadly!
Thoughts on the Series
A formulaic series with HEAs. It can get violent and dark though, but it can also get repetitive. I'd suggest spacing out the books--and there are a lot of them--for days when you need a certain happy ending.
