Though this book was really good I did not enjoy it nearly as much as I did the first 2 books.
3 stars?
2.5 stars?

So this was a hard book to rate, because I liked it, it was okay. I love how it wasn't yet again let's go back and have another hunger games, that was a plus. I was dreading that. The whole time reading I kept on thinking this is going to be a book that the ending will make or break it, and sadly it broke it. I was let down by the end, it felt as if she was losing steam in writing it. The best thing about the ending was Buttercup and Katness bonding. ...more

Yes, they've been great stories and yeah, they really do draw you in but... ? I don't know. They are enjoyable and definitely worth the read.

The ending could have been far better, but all in all this was pretty good.

This is another book I'm not sure how to rate. I've given it three stars, as an average mark, but it'd be probably closer to 2.5, if I wanted to be really judgmental (which I'm not going to be, because I still went on reading it quickly, a usual sign that all in all, the story hooked me).
I really, really liked its setting, the backdrop of war depicted in it, with all its ambiguities and varying moral mileage. Maybe those are themes a harsh for a YA novel, but they still gave me the full feeling ...more

This is the third and final book of the Hunger Games trilogy. Katniss Everdeen has managed to survive both of the Hunger Games, but it is still not over. Now, Katniss must not only fight for herself and family, but she must lead an entire army to take on the Capitol since she has been named the “Mockingjay” – a genetic cross between a mockingbird and blue jay. This book is written in the first and present tense.
