I’ve always loved this author. A lot of her books are 4-5 star reads for me.

This started well. I liked the format and it was easy to sink into.

You have these lines you won’t cross. But then you cross them. And suddenly you possess the very dangerous information that you can break the rule and the world won’t instantly come to an end.

Shelves: audiobook, borrowed, general-fiction

I wasn't sure I would like this book because I don't usually like bestsellers and I prefer genre fiction to general fiction, but I was very happy to be proven wrong. The characters in this book felt like real people to me in a way that characters in general fiction often don't. It was a lot like watching an episode of Behind the Music for a band I'd never heard of.
