I don't even know how to rate this. On the one hand, I couldn't stop reading for the last hundred pages or so. I mean, I was really interested in the story. On the other hand, too often the writing had me wanting to swear off reading for good. The metaphors were constant and painful. The use of claw and paw were probably in the hundreds. With how many times she pawed something out of her eyes, I'm surprised she didn't blind herself, or that her character wasn't secretly a dog. I will definitely ...more
