I didn't particularly enjoy her debut, The Girl on the Train, so I never actually added this book onto my tbr. Did I mention that I'm not a fan of psychological thriller? I needed this book to fit a task for a challenge so... yep, tried it by audiobook...

(3.5). It started slow, then it got exciting, then the end was kind of "eh." I'm not really surprised by what happened, but it was a little disappointing and there were a lot of distractions made to look like they were important. I get that that was probably the point, but they really just made it harder for me to get into the story. ...more

This book had a few too many shifts in narrator with little variety and distinction amongst some of the voices. I kind of had much of it figured out early on, but it was a fine pool read.
