A mom that once used to me a wife. Gina Royal finds out that her husband is a serial killer. With him locked up her and her family her kids are on the run from the internet trolls that believed she helped her husband kill those women.
A interesting thriller. Lots of suspension. At times you don't know who she should trust. But this mom's a fighter for herself and her kids.
Nice ending. It got me wanting to read part 2 to see where else Gina's life takes the readers. ...more

Entertaining, read it in a few days. Yet something felt like it was missing. I did not care too much about the characters - which I guess could be good, since the main character tried very hard not to be noticed or interact with too many people so maybe that was on purpose?
I don't know, but while it was a fast read, I didn't read it because I couldn't put it down or because I was really invested into the story, but more because it was an easy read, quite interested and I started the book so mig ...more

"everyone runs from the monster. Everyone except the monster slayer"
A wonderful, creepy mystery - surrounding a woman who is the ex-wife of a serial killer. She's trying to keep the sadistic, crazed people away from her and her family. The ones that don't believe she didn't have a hand in the killings or know what her husband was doing.
Although there were parts that were hard to read - I just want to believe the cops would at least we willing to see more than one side - I found the crimes and th ...more

The suspense started pretty much from page one and continued through the whole book. I need to read something gentle and cozy next...
This book tossed and turned me upside down, gripped my attention like an obsession due to the writing style and amazing cliffhangers.
I didn't suspect many things which turned out in the end. The atrocities or the level of crime is quite substantial, so I would only recommend it to those who are used to the genre.
The characters sem to be in a continuous flow of action at both physical and psychological level. They are so well depicted and the relationships so intertwined that it may boggle the ...more

Creeped me the f*** out
This book was incredibly well written and whatever marginal artistic license Ms. Caine took was well worth it. Just don't read it right before you go to bed. I am so glad I know what's in my garage. ...more
