I think I'm still trying to figure out what to say about this book. I finally finished this book the third time I read it/listened to it. I picked it up several years ago, read a handful of chapters, and never felt draw to come back again. I picked it up on an audible sale about five or six months ago. Turned it on and listened for 1-3 chapters, and then promptly forgot about it for other sale books.

Second time reading this series and I enjoyed it just as much this time around. I was prompted to pick it up again because I found the books in a box as I was clearing things out and with the movie coming out and my reading on hiatus lately, I hoped this would be a good choice. I basically read this in two sittings. I love the beginning of this journey the Gunslinger is one - and this has to be the best first sentence of a book ever.
