I'll never forget the first time I read this book. Dark they were and golden eyed! Those words still haunt me a little. For a middle schooler, I really felt as if my eyes were opened for the first time in this collection of stories that were unlike any I'd ever seen.

It's entirely relevant at any time. A book I'll always treasure! ...more
