A book that definitely lived up to the hype. The main character, Rachel, is such a red hot mess that you go back and forth between wanting to help her and wanting to scream at her. Every day she takes the same trains into and out of London. These trains just happen to stop across from the home she used to share with her husband. But she also becomes fascinated by the couple that lives a few doors down. She keeps tabs on them while she sips bottles of wine and canned gin and tonics. Rachel's life

just not my cup of tea kind of book,
probably set my expectation a little bit too much
as for the characters, well what can I say, I just hate everyone in the books

It was an easy, fast read. There were times in the book where the main character kind of droned on forever. However, I do like the interconnected characters in the book. There definitely is a point in the book where I figured out who the villain was but it didn't stop me from finishing the book. Overall not a bad read.
