What Members Thought
I thought it was good. I wanted to throttle the main character but I had to remember she was just a teenager and fixated on boys. After that reminder several times throughout the book I did find the story to be adventuresome and a fast read. A good diversion for a rainy night. Plus I stayed up late to finish it. That says something.
Gwen is the one normal female in a family of time-travelers. The traveling gene had allegedly skipped her, but one day she finds out her family was very wrong.
I thoroughly enjoyed this tale of love and mystery through time and look forward to reading the next installment of the series

Okay, I might have enjoyed this a little much at times on the surface.
There were a few minor issues (like how long it took for it to occur to Gwen that *maybe* her family got things wrong with who had the gene. Especially since she had all the symptoms.) but nothing that really detracted from my enjoyment of the story.
The narrator did a good job setting the tone and with voices and things.
It even got me a few times with, "Wait.. ...more
