Oy...Finally, I finished this one...This is the end of "The Devouring" trilogy and to my knowledge the first three books written by: Simon Holt...I must say I flew through the first two books and was waiting so anxiously for this third installment...For the most part it didn't disappoint and the author seemed to try to tie up the loose ends from the first two stories...But, at the end I was left just the slightest bit let down...In my opinion it left the door slightly ajar for more books based o

**OK, I FINALY GOT MY HANDS ON THIS BOOK THE OTHER DAY AND FINISHED IT LAST NIGHT.**
I thought it was awesome!! I mean, it was a little fast paced in the begining like explaining everything just strightfoward(that's what I thought) I couldn't really understand the character's feeling, like when Reggie is in so much fearscapes, you'd think she'd be really effed up about it but no, seems the same person ju ...more

An awesome end to an awesome series. Sometimes the final book in a series is disappointing and lackluster, but I love each and every one of these books and the last is no exception.

I love the cover and what an amazing book! I can see why everyone likes this series so much!
Ahhh, nononononono!!!!! That was a terribly cliffhangery ending!!!! I loved it, but with an ending like that, it only gets three stars.
