A short story, I read this immediately after the previous so they gel into one smoothly. It's set a few months later with Mark attempting to settle into civilian live and only covers two days though it feels longer with all the introspection.

Another wonderful story by Josh Lanyon. It is packed with real emotion and two MCs to love.

Josh Lanyon writes romance like no one else. I did enjoy the tension in this book but was a little disappointed that it really didn't go anywhere in the end. There was a lot of drama that kind of just ended abruptly (especially given the tremendous angst in this book). And as lovely and wonderful as the drama was, I think I would have loved this to be a full length novel with a slightly more satisfying ending ...

Just a part of a whole storyline of "I spy" and really not very convincing of believable. Lanyon can do better than this.
