Thank goodness. After The Hell You Say I was concerned, but with this book both Josh and Adrien hit their rhythm once again.

The mystery in this one isn't the real mystery. If you take an Occam's razor approach, there's really only one solution. But it's a matter of motivations - the why's and how's that matter more than the who.

oh boy..... 2 years have gone by... and the chemistry b/w them is still there. so just when i thought things would work out, we find out about more from jake;s past several years. hmmmmmm.... but jake definitely redeems himself in the 4th book so i guess we will wait and see what happens in book 5.

the mystery behind another death is still well written and i am really enjoying the new family dynamic that adrien has with his sisters.

ready for book 5 and finally learn whether these 2 men can final

This is the fourth book in the Adrien English series. Finally all those things left unsaid got said! It's been two years since the end of the last book, Adrien has settled in to a new relationship, and Jake is in the past. So are Adrien's amateur investigations. He is expanding his store, his movie has been optioned for a movie deal, and then all is shattered when the man next to him is murdered and he is once again a suspect.

I have to say, as smart as Adrien is, I question his sense when it co
