I can't tell... I'll not spoil your fun... you must read to know if FINALLY Adrien and the deep in the closet Jake will have the opportunity to be a couple...

Love this book. The humor was something I was not expecting and I really laugh. Even in the saddest moments, Adrien is always funny.

Great story, again amazing writing, and certainly a 5 stars story!

BTW... Adrien desired by EVERYONE? Niiiiiiiicee ...more

I would have liked a little bit more...ending. Maybe a bit more closure of some issues, and togetherness we were shorted in between, but still a nice final book.
I'm definitely now a solid fan of this authors voice and intend to get my hands on whatever else I can by him. ...more

This sums up exactly how I feel about the Adrien English Mysteries. Adrien is fighting the pain in his chest from open heart surgery and the pain in his heart from losing Jake. Oh, Josh Lanyon. I yawned my way through work today because I HAD to stay up and see what happened with Jake and Adrien.

Yeah, yeah, there was a mystery. An old Hollywood mystery that Adrien gets sucked into, but I was paying attention to the new, out and about Jake.

Adrien's ex, Mel, resurfaces and poor Guy is still trying. But they don't hold a candle to Jake. Here, he is giving Adrien time to figure out what he wants. It was simply DELICIOUS.

This is the last book of the series. Once again there is no need to review the book cause if you are reading the series you *will read this one.
I must say the only reason I wanted to read this one is to see what happens with Jake and Adrien. The mystery could have been about what came first, the chicken or the egg and I wouldn't have cared! It ended the way I figured it would bittersweet (more sweet though). I understand why the author won't give these two guys a break, but what the author lef ...more

Such a great series with lots of heart-wrenching angst, which I love.
The end was a bit odd, heck, the whole last case was a bit odd, but at least the reader knows the boys will have a good life together.
