A Cloud of Doom called promotion-to-Paris overshadows every breath of this book. Will and Taylor's actions, their feelings and how they respond to this book's events as well as each other are wrapped up in Will's coming promotion and their resulting two-year separation. A dark, brooding read and an excellent addition to the Dangerous Ground series.
