3.75 - A smidge below 4 stars.
Having not read any Lanyon for a while, it was nice to return to her writing and a new series. There’s no doubt she knows her craft. I enjoyed the story for sure, and liked Ellory, but can’t help feeling I’ve read it all before. Still, I’ll continue on with the series.
