I think I found new favorite MM Historical story too, and new fave Lord as well (^,,^)

FYI, I read in the wrong order. I should've read The Soldier's Scoundrel by Cat Sebastian first, but I'm not interested with its blurb so I just skipped it. The characters were related but the story could be read as stand alone. But after met Jack and Oliver in this story, I'm goin to read their book and the next book ofc!

Georgie, Jack's brother from The Soldier's Scoundrel, is a swindler with a conscience and Lawrence, the Earl of Radnor, is deemed to be a madman. I loved how this two very different MCs came nearer, how Georgie helps Lawrence to make small changes to improve his life and how Georgie's confidence in Lawrence 's sanity manages to change the Earl's own perception. The characters are believable and - to my untrained eyes - also the historical setting. ...more

Plot: elude and defeat criminal boss, cope with mental issues, create family

I like these, and I'm fascinated that Avon is putting them out.
