This is the fourth book in the series and, much like a fine wine, the series has improved with age. And that’s the nice thing about a series: the author has the time and luxury to let the characters mature and learn and just be.

Shelves: series, 4-star, lgbtq
I've found Kit fairly annoying in previous books so I really liked the growth he shows here. Now that he feels really loved, thanks to J.X., he's able to stop himself from going overboard at any actual or perceived threat. It was nice to see these guys being honest with each other and operating as a team. ...more
