Escapism at it's freaking most bestest.
This is a rommmmmmance book. And it has steamy sex scenes. It's not classic literature. What it is is funny as fuck and with flawed characters that read like real people.

This book did suck me in; however, it still had way too many eye-roll, anger inducing moments for me.
Will was too full of angst, disrespectful, downright mean, and rude. He has had centuries to get the fuck over it. "You speak of change as if it's easy. I'm nine centuries old." Nice excuse asshole. "There was clearly so much going on in his head, yet he'd rather let her dangle in the dark than share any of it."

The Will in my head is so much hotter than the one in this cover.
Excellent book, I looooove Cole's writing and IAD is still my very favorite series, I find it very interesting that even with 13 books, the series is still absolutely amazing, very few authors can acomplish this.
I loved Will, even though he was an asshole to Chloe most of the time, I still found it in me to forgive him, what happened to him was awful and creepy but it was handled really well.
