HELL YEAH!!!!!! Now this was a damn good book.
This might not have been the best book I read but what this book did was make me remember how much I love Urban Fantasy. Shiv Crew echoed the great UF books of the past before everything turned into paranormal romance with sparkly vampires and weak-ass shifters. There is nothing weak, sparkly or sweet about this book and I love that.

One of the many freebies I've accumulated. Nice cover and it sounded interesting. It is also decently reviewed. Well geez. It *is* interesting. However, I had a hard time liking Rune when she really didn't like or accept herself. The secondary characters are more interesting. Except Jeremy, I hated him. I didn't like Rune and Jeremy's "relationship." Rune had made some positive strides by the end, but a little too late for me.
