What is this tripe? I thought that this was supposed to be about vampires! It's implied in the title so why? Why!?!

I actually thought it was pretty funny with the smart ass remarks to and from the main character, Joy and her best friend Roxy. I think Roxy came on too strong and there were many times I felt the urge to duct tape her mouth shut and shove her into a closet somewhere. Poor Joy never stood a chance with Roxy pulling strings behind her back.
It was a good plot and was amused by a lot of the characters in the book, and was genuinely surprised at some of the twists.
