Great continuation to the series. The Burning Bridge follows a A-B plot, meaning the story starts out with your characters together for them to later split into to teams. To me this format is very frustrating. The change of perspective every chapter reeks havoc on my concentration, so I had to take a break and do something between every chap. This saved the book from being flung across the room repeatedly.

Ok, i don't know what happened between the first book and second, but somehow the luster faded. Heavily. So much that it took me two months to finish this book because i could not keep interest.
