There were certainly things I liked about this book. LKH can certainly world build and the faerie court politics, treachery and danger are all interesting. I wouldn't rule out reading another in the series. But there were enough things that bugged me that I couldn't give it a higher rating.

Good book. I really liked the humor in it. Similiar to the Anita Blake series in that the characters continue over and more characters are added throughout, but so far not nearly as violent/graphic. I really like the smartass humor, it just makes you laugh out loud. Hamilton seems to be rather descriptive of the characters in her books. I noticed it in the Anita Blake series and this book is too.
