Queen of the Darkness on Books On Track
We finally learn more about Jeanelle, who rules the Shadow Realm and shows us the full extend of her powers. We find closure for some things, while a new world emerges.
Quite a few of the misunderstandings and bad feelings between our characters could have been avoided if they'd simply talk to one another instead of high-handedly doing what they thought was best, even in Jeanelle's case (who has occasion and a base for high-handedness).

What a series. I read books 1, 2, and 3 straight through, which I never do. I usually get tired of a particular author's style if I read too much of it at once, but not this time. Amazing. Now I understand why so many people recommended I read Anne Bishop!
