When we first met Zacharel in the Darkest Secret I was intrigued, how could an Angel be so deliciously sexy and dare I say wicked? When you think Angel I automatically think good, pure and innocent. I don't think warrior angels who think nothing of taking a human life in the battle of good versus evil.

I didn’t realize Zacharel had a book until I finished the most recent Lords of the Underworld. He is an interesting character and I couldn’t be happier that he, and some of his men, get a book. Overall, I really liked this story. Zacharel is a cold-hearted angel and is so aloof that it was hard to believe he would ever thaw. Just like in basketball, only the last two minutes was exciting to me. Thankfully, the players are serious eye candy which makes the book tolerable. I like the world she created though, so I will keep track of this series. Enough said.
