I might be subjective about it, given that I looove uber alpha heroes, but THIS BOOK IS GREAT! I enjoyed the unpredictability of the plot, the interaction between the characters, the world building ... I needed to read the book with the heating system turned on, because, I, myself, was getting ICED while reading the book, just like I could smell the Crimson Hag...

Of course, Dani's age and interaction with Ryo and Christian have been subjected to criticism throughout reviews, but, "dude", KMM man

I was a little apprehensive about reading this story. I loved (in an unnatural way) the Fever series, but I never really cared for the character Dani and the thought of a trilogy about her wasn’t appealing. I knew I would read it because I love Moning’s emotional first person POV writing style and the Fever world and all its characters. You don’t have to read the Fever series to enjoy this book. Moning does a good job of giving the reader any extra information needed, but you are totally missing ...more

Review to come soon! So in love with this Fever spin off series! Loved Dani as the main character, she kicks so much ass and I love her sarcastic sass and sense of humor! Gahh soo much to say!! If you haven't read the Fever series - read that first and then read ICED ASAP! :D ...more

I enjoyed hearing Dani's POV..
She's 14, she's a kid so she's not going to say things adults would say nor make the same
decisions..

Saying "Dude" and "Feck" throughout the book grew on my nerves at times but again,
she's 14.. That's what I'd expect one to say especially after what she's been through..

The part about love interests.. I'll leave that one alone..

Not going there.. She's 14!!

As a huge fan of The Fever Series I was very excited to read this book! I absolutely love them all so there were some very big shoes to fill.
Karen Marie Moning definitely didn't disappoint!

I've always been intrigued by Dani so this book was a perfect fix after The previous books.
It was really really good! I was worried it would somehow feel different from the others but it was great.
I liked it very much although I'm still craving more Mac & Barrons (Naturally) so hopefully the next book will f

There are few books that really grab my attention from the begining until the very last page. This novel did just that. I read the whole thing in one day, and I can't wait for the next one to come out. Moning has created a world that I wish I could read about everyday. It is hard to move on to reading another novel after reading something this good. It has officially made it to my All Time Favorites list. ...more
