I am officially in love with Juliet Dark. The Demon Lover is phenomenal. This is the first paranormal romance by Carol Goodman writing as Juliet Dark, and it arrives in bookstores on December 27, 2011. I have never read anything by Carol Goodman, but this book that she has written as Juliet Dark is now among my faves.

All I feel that I can say without ruining the story for you is that it will leave you wanting more. I am on pins and needles waiting for the remainder of Callie McFay and friends s

I’m not sure how to classify Demon Lover by Juliet Dark. It reads like a paranormal romance with all kinds of fae and creatures from both folklore and the paranormal. Yet, there is a gothic horror feel to it as well. Set in the small college town of Fairwick in upstate New York, Demon Lover is a mesmerizing read.

While I want to know more about the different factions of witches and how Callie will get by living in both worlds I'm still not sold on the romance part of th

Fine book with an interesting And captivating storyline. Some twists And turns keep up the pace. The only thing I disliked was the ending, although it leaves me wondering if there isn't going to be a sequel. ...more

Well, I LOVE the cover. Such a gorgeous cover. I could't get into it and was bored. The book is weird and different, but still...well...boring. Give me real people rather than a "dream lover." The concept was interesting, but failed for me. The reviews are mixed; I think this particular book is one you will either really like/dislike. ...more
